TOPIC – WALT DISNEY DATES – 17TH MARCH TO 28TH MARCH STD – 5TH TO 8TH
The summer camp was off to an exciting start with children eager to learn all about Walt Disney. We started with an introduction to Walt Disney and his life sketch. They were given coloring sketches of all the famous Disney characters. A Disney character word search was given to the kids which they completed successfully.
Next Mickey Mouse was introduced to them. Of course, children were familiar with the lovable and mischievous character Mickey Mouse. They thoroughly enjoyed writing their personal likes and dislikes on a Mickey template.
Donald Duck was introduced to the children and they made a Donald face book mark as a memory. Children enjoyed making the candy stick book mark. The last day of the camp was a recap in the form of a quiz game (KBC format) Children retained the information well and could answer successfully. We also played DOT THE NOSE of Mickey Mouse. This was enjoyed by all.
